Cut out the damage
Using a standard saw or pneumatic cutter. Full wall fill allows precise cutting without deformation of adjacent areas.
Insert a new fragment
An identical PET panel from Wielton's repair system, bonded with two-component structural adhesive.

After curing (24h at room temperature) the wall recovers its full structural strength.

How does comPET3 technology differ from traditional plywood?+
A comPET3 wall is 2.5× lighter than plywood with 50% higher resistance to dynamic deformation. Full fill allows easy repair — cut out the damaged fragment, glue in a new one.
Where does the PET used in the walls come from?+
The wall core of Furgon EVO is built from recycled PET bottles. A single trailer contains recovered material from 3,265 bottles.
Is the PET wall difficult to repair?+
Quite the opposite — easier than plywood. Full fill enables precise cutting of the damaged fragment and gluing in a new one from Wielton's repair system. The procedure takes ~24h from cutting to full strength.
